Same crew, different conditions

We are based in Tampa. A roof in downtown St. Petersburg and a roof on a Lakeland distribution center still live very different lives: one fights salt air and wind-driven rain off the Gulf, the other bakes in inland heat and takes afternoon lightning storms.

Permits differ too, so we pull the right one for your address and schedule the inspections. What stays the same everywhere is how we work: a free inspection, a written proposal with photos, and a final walkthrough with you on the roof.

Coastal roofs and inland roofs need different care

The same membrane ages differently near the Gulf than it does along I-4.

Coastal: St. Petersburg and Clearwater

  • Salt corrodes flashing, fasteners, and edge metal
  • Wind-driven rain enters at parapets
  • Storm surge risk near the water
  • Corrosion-resistant fasteners and twice-yearly checks

Inland: Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland

  • Higher roof surface heat
  • Frequent lightning and heavy afternoon storms
  • Occasional hail
  • Very large warehouse roofs along I-4

Which office issues roofing permits for my building?

It depends on where the property sits. Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Lakeland issue permits inside their city limits. Brandon and Riverview go through Hillsborough County, and Wesley Chapel goes through Pasco County. We handle the permit either way.

Are coastal and inland roofs different?

Yes. Coastal roofs in Pinellas County fight salt corrosion and wind-driven rain. Inland roofs face more heat, lightning, and occasional hail. We adjust materials and inspection schedules to match.

Outside these cities? Call and ask.
